It is unlikely to see that someone would schedule jump to be a routine. Unless you are in your gym and following like a body combat class then the question is this “If you knew that with jumping you can change your life will you do it?”.

In Basketball jumping is part of the game, if you don’t know how to jump then don’t expect to even think about being in the game. It is how the game played but I am talking not the air jump of michael jordan although we know how legendary that is and how MJ life has been changed over time.

He jumps over a parked car and amazingly he posted this on youtube and got discovered by Ellen De Generes and his life took a big leap. Ellen was so overwhelmed by this kid who jumped a car.. but surely she has a lot of connection. She called up NIKE and see if they would check out this kid and give him a shot in one of the commercial. Nike is opening up a new store called NIKEID.

A nike shop inspired by a lot of courageous innovator that’s where Chris Bryant life was changed he is feature in one of the NIKE Commercial and got his custom made shoes being created and what’s amazing that he got signed up as one of the icon.

Have you ever heard about the world record of sprint where there is no one can beat the sprint of 12 seconds for 100 m race. But after that was broken then a lot of sprinter ran faster than 12 seconds. If I am not mistaken the fastest sprinter was like under 10seconds (WOW). If you think you can do it then better beat below 9seconds.. and maybe publicized through youtube or video social network.
