Mid 2008 Must Watched Action & Comedy Movies

I love Movies. I know some of us can learn a great deal about life from these great narrated motion capture.

This month has been my craziest month, particularly watching movie in my country is way cheap if compare
to another country. And my country “Indonesia” has also some privilege to be the first screening worldwide for some hot movies like Hancock (where I did my review on it).

I can not say how each movie do give me a simple message that we all can be entertained to. Movie is a media to convey message and to inform certain targeted audience.

Here’s my comedy movie review up to mid 2008, if you miss some of the movie. Buy the original DVD and watch it over and over again. It is always worth to buy some of the great movies, I hope I can give you the guide here and you won’t waste your money with buying crap movie. Oh one more thing if you happen to want save money, why not rent a movie? That way is cheaper than buying the DVD.

DVD has more features and longer version try to buy the uncut, unedited, uncensored of any DVD that I want you to really have. Seriously there is rating system in each country if you don’t get any of the scene. Don’t get upset.. just enjoy

My Must Watch Comedy movies:
1. Kungfu Panda ( Great story, Awesome Cast and Must Buy DVD especially if you’ve got kids)

2. Get Smart ( Ok Story, Awesome Cast and not really buy DVD is okay)

3. Hancock ( Great Story, Message and Also more deleted scenes in DVD, must buy is the best seller and if you have been will’s big fans like I am then it’s a choice)

Last night I just watched one of the heart pacing movie called “TAKEN”. The role was played by Liam Neeson, Famke Jansen and also special appearance by Holly Valance (Aussie Singer). I need to compare side by side with the movie that I was saying it was too much B.S and selling so much on Angelina Jolie but did not meet my expectation “WANTED”.

I would say if you like special effect movie then “WANTED” would satisfy every bit of it. But I am really captivated by the cinematography and story line and great acting by Liam Neeson. He is still got the edge as caliber actor who played the role of retired Intel whose got his daughter kidnapped in Paris by some albanian triad. He is fast, swift and really would like to have one mission on his mind “Save His Daughter and bring her home”.

The movie TAKEN is not big budgeted or a lot of special effects but surely will get you stick on your movie seat and felt what this guy had to go through facing the lost of his daughter and getting all the necessary information. The action scene somewhat remind us of the game adapted movie “HITMAN”, it was done by the same director.

If you like strong plot, good acting then watch it this movie “Taken” directed by Luc Besson
