At deeferdinand.com we really appreciate your participation in our event. However, we also understand that sometimes unforeseen situations may arise, requiring you to cancel your attendance. Therefore, here is our cancellation policy:
1) Cancellation by Customer:
If you decide to cancel your attendance on the day of the event, no refunds will be given.
2) Participant Replacement:
If you are unable to attend the event, you may substitute another attendee from your company or organization by notifying us in advance via email or written notification. Please notify us of any such changes prior to the event date.
3) Schedule changes:
If you wish to change the date or attend another event we are hosting in the future, please contact us before the original event date. We will try to assist you in changing your schedule.
Please remember that this cancellation policy applies to all participants, and by registering for our event, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to this policy.
